First time on a board?
You start kneeling and stand up when you feel ready. Your guide shows you how to paddle and turn. You wear a life jacket, and falling in is part of the fun.

Is stand-up paddleboarding hard to learn?
No. On calm water most people stand up within a few minutes.
Is it good for children?
Yes, on calm water and with a life jacket. Tell us their ages when you book.
